The following is police activity in Mason County Monday, Aug. 14, 2023:

• 11:52 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), fraud, 5700 block of West Barton Road, Pere Marquette Township. The complainant reported there was an unauthorized charge on a bank card​.
• ​2:07 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 67-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic assault and battery, 100 block of North Washington Ave​nue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail. One victim, an 18-year-old Ludington woman, received minor scratches. The other victim, a 20-year-old Ludington woman, was not injured. The offender was not injured.
• 4:38 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Taylor Road, City of Ludington.
