LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Ronald Dale Gerhardstein, 37; third-offense domestic violence, interfering with an electronic communications device, and third-offense habitual offender; arrested June 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 6; probable cause hearing: July 19; bail: $10,000 cash.
-Franklin Roy Miller, 50; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), operating a vehicle with a forged or altered license, second offense driving while license suspended, failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested July 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 10; probable cause hearing: July 19; bail: $50,000 cash.
Misdemeanors
-Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 29; second offense driving while license suspended and failure to stop at the scene of an accident; arrested March 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 11; pretrial: July 31; bail: $5,000 cash.
-Blake Jarred Luevano, 23; reckless driving; arrested June 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Brayden Michael Allen, 18; receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200; arrested May 18 by the Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Jaxon Anthony Battice, 18; operating a vehicle under the include of liquor as an underage person with blood alcohol content between .02-.07; arrested June 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: personal recognizance.
-David Joe Allen Barrington, 18; domestic violence; arrested July 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: personal recognizance.
-Adrian Jacobus VanderWesthuizen, 24; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested July 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 31; bail: $500 cash.
-Timothy David Drummond, 33; operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor with child endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and fourth-degree child abuse; arrested July 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 7; pretrial: Aug. 14; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Justin Paul Silvers, 22; domestic violence; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 10; pretrial: July 31; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Michelle Renee Clanton, 54; public intoxication; arrested July 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 10; pretrial: July 24; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Joshua Lewis Boyd Murrey, 18; minor in possession of alcohol second offense; arrested June 13 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Rodney Allen Porter, 65; driving while license suspended; arrested June 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: personal recognizance.
-Forrestt Leon Tenney, 19; malicious destruction of boundary markers/lamp posts/billboards; arrested June 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 6; pretrial: July 24; bail: personal recognizance.
