AgriScience Summer Camp scheduled for July

West Shore School News is a presentation of West Shore Educational Service District in partnership with Oceana County Press and Mason County Press.

WEARE TOWNSHIP — West Shore Educational Service District will hold a CTE (Career Technical Education) Agriscience summer camp, AgriScience Everywhere, Monday, July 10 through Thursday, July 13 at the West Michigan Research Station, 5185 N. Oceana Dr.

The camp will offer campers a variety of hands-on experiences designed to help campers learn more about AgriScience and the important role it plays in this area.

Science teacher Erika Fatura and local experts will also highlight many of the career opportunities possible in the field of agriculture available in this region.

The camp is free and open to area students who will be entering grades five through eight in the 2023-2024 school year. Space is limited.
