51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted May 3, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Hawkins

– Devin William Hawkins, 29, was found guilty Feb. 21 of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine in two separate files and was sentenced May 2 to two concurrent terms of seven to 30 years in prison with credit for 136 days served in jail. In a third file, Hawkins was found guilty of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced to a concurrent term of 28 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 136 days served in jail. He was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs. One count of dangerous weapons was dismissed.

Honderd

– Michael Charles Honderd, 40, was found guilty Feb. 21 of breaking and entering a building with intent and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced May 2 to 18 months to 20 years in prison and $5,416 in fines, costs and restitution.

Clark

Garza

– Dustin Douglas Clark, 31, was found guilty March 21 of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and second-degree retail fraud and was sentenced May 2 to one year in jail with credit for 110 days served and $886 in fines, costs and restitution. A second count of second-degree retail fraud and a charge of controlled substance possession — cocaine or heroin less than 25 grams were dismissed.

– Antwon Antonio Garza, 33, was found guilty Dec. 13, 2022 of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced May 2 to nine months in jail with credit for 16 days served and $398 in fines and costs.

Lemere

– Garth Allen Lemere, Jr., 24, was found guilty Jan. 10 of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and was sentenced May 2 to 124 days in jail with credit for 124 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. A second count of larceny $1,000-$20,000 was dismissed.
