51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted April 20, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
– Stephen James Mishler, 32, pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced April 18 to two to 20 years in prison with credit for 98 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs. Mishler was also ordered to a concurrent probation violation sentence of two to 15 years in prison.
– Darcie Lynn Adolphson, 36, pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to two counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device and was sentenced April 18 to 126 days in jail with credit for 126 days served; three years probation; and $3,050.10 in fines, costs and restitution. A third count of stealing/retaining a transaction device was dismissed.
– Mark Earl Brown, 54, pleaded “no contest” Feb. 21 to breaking and entering with intent and conspiracy to commit a breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced April 18 to one year in jail with credit for five days served; three years probation; and $5,876 in fines, costs and restitution.
– Brent Ryan Wicklund, 41, pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to unlawful use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced April 18 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; one year probation; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of unlawful driving away of an automobile was dismissed.
– Ronnie Cuellar Zuniga, 55, pleaded guilty Feb. 21 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and possession of analogues and was sentenced April 18 to one year in jail with credit for 197 days served and $1,166 in fines and costs.
