LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Beaver

-Rodney Clifford Beaver, 44; failure to return rented property $20,000 or more and third offense habitual offender; arrested July 4, 2022 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 16; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $10,000 cash.

Wiggins

-Doanld Jamal Wiggins, 40; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and second offense habitual offender; arrested March 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 16; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $10,000/10 percent.

McLain

-Rachel Marie McLain, 42; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender; arrested March 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 16; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $10,000 cash.

Eitniear

-Matthew Aaron Eitniear, 38; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and disorderly drunk person; arrested March 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 19; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $500/10 percent.

Lake

-Jacob Anthony Lake, 28; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 22; probable cause hearing: April 5; bond: $10,000/10 percent.

Ayers

-Aaron Christopher Ayers, 44; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested March 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 21; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Tayler Renee Giffels, 28; third degree retail fraud and operating on a forged/altered license; arrested Jan. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 16; pretrial: Mar. 27; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Ashley Michelle Ciji Hood, 39; two counts of truancy; arrested Jan. 5 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 10; bond: $250 cash.

-Larry Harold Rohr, 60; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 10; bond: $250 cash.

-Nathaniel Kain Hooker, 39; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 17; bond: $250 cash.

-Neal Barton Guss, 30; domestic violence; arrested March 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 10; bond: $250 cash.

-Abigail Delight Dutton, 35; driving while license suspended; arrested March 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 10; bond: personal recognizance.

-Alivia Agatha Steiger, 19; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Feb. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 16; pretrial: April 3; bond: personal recognizance.
