The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Tuesday, March 7, 2023:

• 8:09 a.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, Meisenheimer and Stiles roads, Riverton Township.

Wednesday, March 8, 2023:

• 1:33 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), officers responded to a disturbance, and while at the scene, a 19-year-old ​Ludington man was​ arrested on three failure to appear warrants., 700 block South Madison​ Street, City of Ludington. One warrant was issued by Mecosta County’s 77th District Court, and the other two were issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court.
• 11:31 a.m., ​(Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 31-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant issued in Mason County, 4700 block of North Beaune Road, Hamlin Township.
