Warrant, bond violation arrests top police activity
The following is recent police activity in Mason County:
Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023:
- 10:30 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), deputies arrested a 37-year-old Scottville man for contempt of court on a bond violation, Mason County Courthouse, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 10:45 a.m., (MCSO), deputies arrested a 27-year-old Custer man for contempt of court on a bond violation, Mason County Courthouse, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 11:50 a.m., (MCSO), deputies arrested a 49-year-old Hart man on four warrants, including a felony drug warrant and three failure to appear warrants in Mason and Oceana counties, Mason County Courthouse, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 9:37 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 31-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on three outstanding failure to appear warrants issued by the 79th District Court for traffic-related offenses, 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 10:57 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding 79th District Court warrant, Pere Marquette Highway and First Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023:
- 6:35 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive near Lattin Road, Summit Township.
