Amber Township woman found not guilty on domestic assault charges
LUDINGTON — A 43-year-old Amber Township woman was found not guilty by a jury Monday during a trial in 79th District Court. Jaytria Lynn Traeger was charged on Aug. 2, 2022 for domestic assault following her arrest by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. The incident occurred at Liv Wildwood Apartments in Amber Township. Traeger had been accused of getting into an altercation with her son, a minor. The charge was her second offense for domestic assault, the first occurring in January 2020.
A district court jury consists of six citizens. The trial lasted about seven hours.
