Domestic violence arrests top police activity

The following is police activity in Mason County Monday, Dec. 26, 2022:
- 1:57 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding 79th District Court warrant for failure to appear for a show cause hearing, 300 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 3:20 a.m., (LPD), a 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic assault and battery, 300 block of East Dowland Street, City of Ludington. The victim, a 32-year-old Ludington woman, had minor scratches near her mouth and did not seek medical treatment. The suspect was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 3:35 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 35-year-old Fountain woman was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting an assault, 2300 block of North Morse Road, Sheridan Township.
- 4:41 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of Fisher Road, Hamlin Township.
- 12:07 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
- 6:03 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
- 6:25 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of US 10, Amber Township.
