LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Verboam

-Dalton Joseph Verboam, 31, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 9; probable cause hearing: Dec. 21; bail: $25,000 cash.

Misdemeanors

–Jonathon Douglas Mills, 30, assault & battery and malicious destruction of personal property; arrested Oct. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Damien Ruddy, 49, driving while license not valid; arrested Nov. 4 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Dec. 8; pleaded guilty.

-Jacob Duane Reynolds, 32, assault & battery; arrested Nov. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 9; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Brandon Fernando Flores Martinez, 23, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or more; arrested Dec. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Nathan Carl Morrill, 33, indecent exposure; arrested July 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 14; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-George Franklin Campbell, 31, driving while license not valid and improper license plates; arrested Dec. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 9; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $100 cash.

-Dominick James Cantu, 22, driving while license not valid; arrested Nov. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 8; pleaded guilty.

-Tania Hernandez, 52, driving while license not valid and failure to yield at a stop sign; arrested Oct. 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: personal recognizance.

-Jamie Lee Fiebig, 39, driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: personal recognizance.

-Michael Stanley Kubiak, 70, transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle; arrested Nov. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Dec. 19; bail: personal recognizance.

-Randy Laverne Salmon, 65, illegally baiting deer and failure to produce a hunting license; arrested Nov. 15 by DNR; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Dec. 19; bail: personal recognizance.

-Darlene Elaine Berkel, 75, feeding deer in area closed to feeding; arrested Nov. 16 by DNR; arraigned Dec. 8; pretrial: Dec. 19; bail: personal recognizance.
