79th District Court arraignments, posted Nov. 13, 2022

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Rachel Marie McLain, 41, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Sept. 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 4; probable cause hearing: Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
– Tyler David Wicklund, 39, assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and domestic violence; arrested Nov. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 4; probable cause hearing: Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
-John Kenneth Oskaboose, 25, unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle (auto theft); arrested Nov. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 7; probable cause hearing Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.
-Tyler Mitchell Howard, 32, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine), and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Nov. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 6; probable cause hearing: Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Caleb Isiah Russell, 19, driving without a valid license; arrested Oct. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 3; pretrial: Nov. 21 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: personal recognizance.
-Courtney Deanne Grey, 26, driving without a valid license; arrested Oct. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 4; pretrial: Nov. 14 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: personal recognizance.
