79th District Court arraignments, posted Nov. 4, 2022

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Darcie Lynn Adolphson, 36, three counts of stealing a financial transaction device, arraigned Nov. 2, probable cause hearing: Nov. 16, bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Donne Jean Knight, 25, assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence, arraigned Oct. 27, probable cause hearing: Nov. 9, bail: $10,000 cash.
-Eric Edward Williams, 42, possession of a controlled substance, arraigned Nov. 2, probable cause hearing: Nov. 9, bail: $10,000 cash.
-Melissa Jean Garland, 28, assault with a dangerous weapon, arraigned Oct. 28, probable cause hearing: Nov. 9, bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Cameron Wayne Morton, 22, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, arraigned Oct. 27, pretrial: Nov. 28, bail: $250.
-Jennifer Louis Luzar, 38, retail fraud, arraigned Oct. 27, pretrial: Nov. 14, bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Jamie Marie Malburg, 21, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, arraigned Oct. 27, pretrial: Nov. 21, bail: $250.
-Brent Alexander Swain, 25, domestic violence, arraigned Nov. 2, pretrial: Dec. 2; no bail information.
-Abdul Saeed Gheyasi, 49, killing a Canada goose, arraigned Oct. 27, pretrial: Nov. 14; no bail information.
