Man arrested for 8th driving on suspended license charge.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 46-year-old man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies for his eighth driving while license suspended (DWLS) charge, along with a failure appear warrant issued in Oceana County, following a traffic stop Wednesday, Oct. 19, around 10:40 p.m.​ at US 10 and Atkinson Drive, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

The man, whose address was unavailable, has seven prior DWLS convictions, said Sheriff Cole.
