51st Circuit Court sentences, posted Oct. 17, 2022
LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court.
– Damien Charles Dietz, 30: counts 1-4: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (counts 3-4 dismissed; counts 1-2: 12 months jail with credit for 89 days served, 18 months probation, fines and fees, concurrent; count 5: operating an unregistered vehicle (dismissed).
– Juanita Lynn Dunlap, 46: count 1: Fraud – welfare, over $500 (dismissed); count 2: fraud – welfare (failure to inform) $500 or more (two days jail with credit for two days served, 11 months probation, fines/fees).
– Joseph Michael LeClair, 62: count 1: home invasion – second degree; count 2 (12 months jail with credit for 573 days served, 11 months probation, fines/fees): controlled substance – possession of analogues (dismissed).
– Darrick Cole Lilleberg, 27: counts 1-3: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (one year jail with credit for two days served; two years probation, fines/fees, concurrent); count 4: disorderly – drunk (one year jail with credit for two days served, two years probation, fines/fees, concurrent).
– Lancelot Christopher Peebles, 29: counts 1-2: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (214 days jail with credit for 214 days served, 24 months probation, fines/fees); count 3: operating a vehicle while license suspended, revoked or denied (dismissed).
– Donald George Sheafor, Jr., 36: controlled substance – possesion of methamphetamine/ecstasy (one year jail with credit for 38 days served, two years probation, fines/fees).
– Devehance Joqui Walker, 27: controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin,(36 months to 30 years prison with credit for 126 days served, fines fees); separate case: count 1: controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy (36 months to 20 years with credit for 151 days served, fines/fees); count 2: controlled substances – possession of cocaine, heroin (dismissed); separate case: controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy (36 months to 20 years prison with credit for 147 days served, fines/fees).
