LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

North

-Jacqueline Marie North, 35; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (schedule 5/LSD), driving on an expired license and operating without security (no vehicle insurance); arrested: Sept. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 22; probable cause hearing: Oct. 5; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Miller

-Ronald Scott Miller, 57; stealing a financial transaction device; arrested: June 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; probable cause hearing: Oct. 5; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Christensen

-Trevor Lee Christensen, 23; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Aug. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 27; probable cause hearing: Oct. 5; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Juan Darnel Hunter, 50; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 26; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Boo Bear Battice, 39; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 23; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Jacob Kyle Vega, 43; trespassing; arrested: Aug. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Jarrell Christopher Bryant, 36; disorderly person window peeping; arrested: Aug. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 23; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Shaun Eric Smart, 43; driving while license suspended; arrested: Sept. 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Kimberly Ann Kanouse, 42; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or above; arrested: Sept. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: $250.

-BilliJo Irene Mustaikis, 35; two counts of malicious destruction or property and disturbing the peace; arrested: Sept. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 10: bail: $100.

-Chaderick Michael Stefaniak, 44; operating without security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Sept. 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 3: bail: personal recognizance. 

-Thomas Jay Smith, 53; driving with an expired license; arrested Sept. 9 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: personal recognizance.

-William Jay Wetherell, 52; driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: personal recognizance.
