Rally planned to protest Proposal 3.

LUDINGTON — Citizens to Support Michigan Women and Children is holding a rally on Saturday, Oct. 1 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Mason County Courthouse. The purpose of the rally is to protest Proposal 3, which will appear on the Nov. 8 general election ballot. Signs will be available or participants can bring their own.
