Building demolition and site clearing work located at 2383 N. 32nd St., Fountain, MI 49410 and 7067 E. Stolberg Rd., Fountain, MI 49410. Parcels are adjacent to each other.
Base Bid: Single, All Trades package for this project.
Project Description:
Complete demolition and removal of all structures located at 2383 N. 32nd St., Fountain, MI 49410 and 7067 E. Stolberg Rd., Fountain, MI 49410, miscellaneous site clearing, backfilling, capping of utilities, etc.
OWNER: Mason County Treasurer, 304 E. Ludington Avenue, Ludington, MI 49431
RECEIPT OF BIDS: Single All Trades Bids will be received by October 20, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Mason County Treasurer’s Office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Sealed Bids shall be addressed to:

Each Bid submitted must be accompanied by bid security of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid. Bid Bond or Cashier’s Check only. Personal Checks not accepted.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bid and reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids.
All bids must be guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from Bid Due Date.
