-Autumn Marie Lauer, 25; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested: Feb. 12 by SSCENT; arraigned: Sept. 15; probable cause hearing: Sept. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Kleiss

-Robert Eugene Kleiss, 44; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested: Sept. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 21; Probable cause hearing: Oct. 5; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

North

-Jacqueline Marie North, 35; possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (schedule 5 and LSD), driving on an expired license and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Sept. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 22; probable cause hearing: Oct. 5; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Jeremee Cole Curtis, 28; second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Sept. 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 15; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: $500/10 percent.

-David Niles Wilcoxson, 56; two counts of disorderly drunk person; arrested Sept. 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 15; pretrial: Oct. 10: bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kimberly Ann Kanouse, 42; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or more; arrested Sept. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 24; bond: $250 cash.

-Alyssa Marie Harvey, 20; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 19; pretrial: Oct. 10; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Oscar Apodaca Calderon, 44; driving while license not valid; arrested Sept. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 22; pretrial: Oct. 3; bail: personal recognizance.
