Circuit court sentencings, posted Sept. 8, 2022. 

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court: 

Chance

– Hunter Joseph Chance, 21; count 1, home invasion first degree, dismissed through plea agreement; count 2, assault and battery, 93 days jail with credit for three days served; count 3, assault or assault and battery, 93 days jail with credit for three days served; count 4, home invasion third degree, one year jail with credit for three days served, three years probation; sentences run concurrent. 

Chansler

– David Michael Chansler, 39; count 1, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, one year jail with credit for 74 days served, three years probation; count 2, interfering with electronic device, dismissed through plea agreement; count 3, domestic violence, 93 days jail with credit for 74 days served; sentences run concurrent. 

Jablonski

– Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 30; count 1, animals, killing/torturing, two days jail with credit for two days served, 12 months probation; count 2, reckless use of firearms, dismissed in plea agreement. 

– James Howard Wemple, 44; count 1, impersonating a police officer to commit a crime, 12 months in jail with credit for 266 days served, two years probation; count 2, retail fraud third degree, dismissed through plea agreement.
