AMBER TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a charcoal grey 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Northern Classic Auto on West US 10, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The theft was reported Monday, Sept. 5, shortly before 4 p.m.

• 10:52 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 28-year-old Free Soil man was arrested for felony drug possession and domestic violence, Michigan Street, Village of Free Soil.

• 1:07 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 64-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly conduct, 200 block of South James Street, City of Ludington. ​He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

• 10:48 a.m., (MSP), a 44-year-old Fountain man was cited for operating without insurance, Hoague Road, Free Soil Township.
• 11:25 a.m., (MSP), a 29-year-old Irons man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, US 10 and Brye Road, Amber Township.
• 12:14 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $74 in fuel stolen, Airport Shell, 5400 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 9:15 p.m., (LPD), a 51-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), ​Loomis and Delia​ streets, City of Ludington.
• 11:15 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Muskegon woman was arrested on two outstanding warrants issued in Manistee County  for failure to appear at two Friend of the Court hearings, Stearns Beach​, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
