-Matthew Elliot Penrod, 32; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and imitation manufacturing a controlled substance; offense date: Aug. 14; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; bond: $1,000/10 percent; probable cause hearing Aug. 22 at 1 p.m.

-Tambra Suzanne Olmstead, 45; possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy) and driving while license suspended; offense date: Aug. 16; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 17; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance; probably cause hearing Sept. 2 at 1 p.m.

– Tonya Marie Vida, 49; operating without security (no vehicle insurance); offense date: May 7; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; bond: personal recognizance; pre-trial Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m.

– Joshua Matthew Buck, 43; operating a vehicle with blood content level of .17 or more; offense date, Aug. 13, 2022; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned, Aug. 18, 2022; bond, $250; pre-trial, Sept. 26, 2022, 9:30 a.m.

-Abraham Paul McKenney, 30; assault and battery; offense date: Aug. 15; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; bond: $250 cash; pre-trial Aug. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

-David John Gasparas, 36; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or higher; offense date: Aug. 7; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; bond: $250 cash; pre-trial Sept. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

-Dawson Alexander Parks, 22; assault and battery; offense date: Aug. 13; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; bail: $250/10 percent; pre-trial: Aug. 29 at 10:30 a.m.

-Nina Noemi Robertson, 33; operating without security (no vehicle insurance); offense date: July 30; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; bail: personal recognizance; pre-trial Aug. 29 at 11 a.m.

-Jamie Lee Fiebig, 39; operating without security (no vehicle insurance); offense date: July 29; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; bail: personal recognizance; pre-trial Aug. 22 at 2:15 p.m.

-Laquentin Deshawn Simpson, 38; second-offense driving while license suspended; offense date: July 30; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; bail: personal recognizance; pre-trial Aug. 29 at 9:15 a.m.

-Nichole Ruth Slimmen, 33; failure to stop after an accident; offense date: July 21; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; pleaded guilty and ordered to pay $200 fine.

-Allen Perry Mears, 52, driving with an expired license; offense date: July 15; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; bail: personal recognizance; pre-trial Aug. 29 at 1:15 p.m.

-Maria DeLaLuz Lopez-Gutierrez, 27; driving with an expired license; offense date: July 31; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; bail: personal recognizance; pre-trial Sept. 26 at 9:15 a.m.
