Tews named Western Michigan Fair Homemaker of the Year

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Julie Tews was awarded the 2022 Western Michigan Fair Homemaker of the Year Wednesday evening at the Mason County Fairgrounds. Seven women entered the homemaker of the year competition. Second through sixth place included: Jeanne Knuth, second; Casey Leese, third; Helga Hendrickson, fourth; Della St. Louis, fifth; Debra Weaver, sixth. The winners are determined by the number of award winning entries.
