The following is activity of law enforcement in Mason County for Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022:
- 3:42 a.m., Ludington Police Department: A 41-year-old Norton Shores woman was arrested in the 5900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township, on two outstanding warrants issued by Muskegon County. Both warrants were traffic-related offenses. The woman was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 7:15 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO): Damaged property, Sherman Township Hall, Village of Fountain. Complainant reported a white vehicle was seen tearing up grass near the ball field. Case remains under investigation.
- 7:45 p.m., MCSO: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway and US 31 northbound off-ramp, Pere Marquette Township.
- 8:27 p.m., MCSO: A 44-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for domestic violence, South Wildwood Run, Amber Township.
- 10:10 p.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Chuavez Road east of Stiles Road, Riverton Township.
