– Damien Charles Dietz, 30; assault, resisting/obstructing/assaulting a police officer (two counts); fleeing a police officer fourth degree (two counts); operating an unregistered vehicle; offense date: July 14, 2022; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned on July 15, 2022; bond, $500; preliminary examination, Aug. 3, 2022, 1:30 p.m. 

Christmas

– Fred Arthur Christmas, 63; possession of methamphetamine/ecstacy, assault with a weapon (felonious assault), habitual offender – third offense; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office, July 17, 2022; arraigned on July 19, 2022; bond, $10,000; preliminary examination, Aug. 3, 2022, 1:30 p.m. 

Misdemeanors 

– Melissa Ann Milanowski, 42; larceny less than $200, defrauding an innkeeper; offense date: July 12, 2022; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned on July 15, 2022; bond, $1,000; pre-trial hearing, July 27, 2022, 1:30 p.m. 

– Jacob Riley Odekirk, 29; driving while license suspended second offense; offense date: July 12, 2022; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned on July 15, 2022; bond, $100; pre-trial hearing, Aug. 8, 2022, 1:45 p.m. 

– Andrew Thomas Walicki, 33; domestic violence; offense date: July 18, 2022; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned on July 18, 2022; bond, $20,000 cash/surety/10% cash; pre-trial hearing, Aug. 8, 2022, 10 a.m. 

– Xaviera Stockwell, 42; breaking and entering without owner’s permission; offense date: July 19, 2022; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned on July 20, 2022; bond, $500, 10% deposit; pre-trial hearing, Aug. 8, 2022, 11 a.m.
