51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted July 15, 2022.
LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
– Randy Robert Roswell, 41; count 1: operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense; count 2: operating a vehicle while license suspended, revoked or denied; count 3: operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16-years-old; count 4: operating with a forged/false identification. Counts two and four were dismissed as part of plea agreement. Count 1: nine months in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; count 3: 30 days in jail with credit for two days served.
– Michael Gregory Brault, 34; count 1: controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; count 2: retail fraud, third degree; 90 days jail with credit for 33 days served; two years probation.
– Tabitha Nicole Vigansky, 41; count 1: operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense; count 2: operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/denied. Count 2 was dismissed as part of plea agreement. Count 1: 30 days in jail with credit for two days, 18 months probation.
– Cody Alan Harrison, 37; counts 1 and 2: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; count 3: trespassing; count 4: disturbing the peace. Count 3, dismissed as part of plea agreement. One year probation, concurrent, on other charges.
