– Anthony Stuart Blowers, 35; controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; controlled substance possession of narcotics less than 25 grams; habitual offender – third offense; arrested by MCSO on June 22, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; bail, $10,000, cash/surety; preliminary exam, July 13, 2022, 1:30 p.m. 

Chansler

– David Michael Chansler, 38; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence; arrested by MCSO on June 24, 2022; arraigned on June 24, 2022; bail, $10,000, cash/surety; preliminary exam, July 13, 1:30 p.m. 

Misdemeanors 

– Thayne David Patterson, 36; assault and battery; arrested by Ludington Police Dept. on June 23, 2022; arraigned on June 24, 2022; bail, $5,000, 10% deposit; pre-trial hearing, July 25, 2022 at 1:45 p.m.

– Tiera Leigh Pierce, 42; domestic violence; arrested by LPD on June 23, 2022; arraigned on June 24, 2022; bail, $500, 10% deposit; pre-trial, July 25, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. 

– Christopher Lee Gasparas; operating a vehicle with blood alcohol level of .17 or more; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested by MCSO on June 25, 2022; arraigned on June 27, 2022; bail, $250, 10%; pre-trial, July 25, 2022 at 10:45 a.m.

– Heather Ann Abela-Parson, 33; driving while license suspended/revoked/denied – second offense; arrested by Michigan State Police on June 4, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; no bail set; pre-trial, July 25, 2022, 2 p.m. 

– Jesica Michel Austin, 37; writing a check with non-sufficient funds – $100 or less; arrested by MCSO on Jan. 1, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; bail, $250 cash; pre-trial, July 11, 2022, 1 p.m.; DWLS – first offense; arrested by Ludington Police Department on June 10, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; no bail set; pre-trial, July 11, 2022, 1 p.m. 

– Chelsea Marie Tyler, 28; DWLS – first offense; arrested by MCSO on May 30, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; no bail set; pre-trial, July 18, 2022 at 9:45 a.m.

– Richard Thomas Anes, 48; driving while license suspended – second offense; arrested by MSP on Feb. 25, 2021; arraigned on June 23, 2022; bail, $250 cash; plea and sentencing scheduled for July 6, 2022 at 9 a.m.

– Susan Tammi Sartor, 58; larceny less than $200; arrested by MSP on May 27, 2022; arraigned on June 23, 2022; no bail set; pre-trial, July 25, 2022 at 11 a.m.
