LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court. 

Felonies

Bailey

– Christopher Bailey; birth year, 1973; illegally driving away an automobile, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arraigned on June 16, 2022; probable cause hearing, June 29, 2022.

Williams

– Eric Edward Williams; birth year, 1980; controlled substance possession; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (two counts); arraigned on June 16, 2022; probable cause hearing, July 6, 2022. 

Lake

– Jacob Anthony Lake; birth year, 1995; possession of controlled substance; arraigned on June 16, 2022; probable cause hearing, June 29, 2022.

Maccune

– KC Lynn Maccune; birth year, 1989; financial transaction (three counts) ; arraigned on June 16, 2022; probable cause hearing, June 29, 2022. 

– Dylan Thomas Sorensen; birth year, 1995; electronic communication device, domestic violence (misdemeanor), improper license plate (misdemeanor); arraigned on June 16, 2022; probable cause hearing, June 29, 2022. (Note, this is not Dylan Todd Sorensen).

• Richard Lee James; birth year, 1970; driving while license suspended – second offense; arraigned on June 16, 2022. 
• Travis Arden Clements; birth year, 1981; driving while license suspended – second offense; arraigned on June 16, 2022. 
• Devin William Hawkins; birth year, 1993; domestic violence (two counts); arraigned on June 16, 2022.
• Christopher Grabe; birth year, 1985; domestic violence; arraigned on June 22, 2022. 
• Brittany Sarah Masse, birth year, 1985; driving while license suspended – first offense; arraigned on June 16, 2022.
• Nicole Leigh Patten; birth year, 1988; disorderly; arraigned on June 16, 2022.
• Aaron Leverne Sample; birth year, 1976; driving while license suspended – second offense; arraigned on June 16, 2022.
• Cody Allen Dehaan; birth year, 1993; expired license, improper plate; arraigned on June 21, 2022.
• Amber Lynn Dumont; birth year, 1985; ORV open intoxicant; arraigned on June 16, 2022.
