LUDINGTON — A 32-year-old Ludington man was sentenced to one year in jail in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, April 5, for a conviction of third-offense domestic violence.

Kevin Allan Fitch, of 712 N. Emily St., was ordered to have no contact with the victim, who is his husband.

“This marriage seems to be quite toxic,” said Mason County Assistant Prosecutor Beth Hand, who noted that the couple is getting a divorce. 

Judge Susan K. Sniegowski gave him credit for 104 days served in jail.
