LUDINGTON — The following court proceedings recently occurred in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Salisbury

– Mason Alan Salisbury, 32, of 8336 N. West St., Free Soil, was arrested March 17 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on three felony counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: March 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Roeglin

-Kelly Christine Roeglin, 28, of 1950 S. Scottville Rd., Custer Township, was arrested March 21 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: March 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Holden

-Lori Ann Holden, 43, of 225 W. Ludington Ave., Apt. 302, Ludington, was arrested March 22 by MCSO on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and fourth offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: April 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 cash.

Bailey

-Christian Wayne Bailey, 48, of 601 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested March 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: April 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors
– Carl Lee Herring, 31, of 179 Bella St., Ludington; March 22; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: April 4 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.
-Tyler Thomas Fargo, 22, of 3654 Washington Rd., Pentwater; March 20; MCSO; operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Pretrial: April 18 at 10 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.
