24-year-old man allegedly assaults 70-year-old man.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — A police report is being forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office following involving the alleged assault of a 70-year-old Ludington man by a 24-year-old Branch man Sunday, March 6, shortly after 1:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Victory Corner Road, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

• ​8:23 p.m., (Ludington Police Department) a 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested on two outstanding Muskegon County warrants for traffic-related offenses, ​100 block of West Melendy Street​, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• ​8:34 p.m., (LPD), ​a 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Muskegon County warrant for failing to appear on a driving while license suspended (DWLS) charge, 200 block of South Madison Street​, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 9:07 p.m., ​a 48-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County warrant for  DWLS, 300 block of East Fifth Street​, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• ​11:15 p.m., a 56-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), Lakeshore Drive and Bryant​ Road, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

• 2:05 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.

• 4:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Hoague Road, Free Soil Township.
• 9:41 p.m., (MCSO), a 68-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for OWI following a traffic stop, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
