LUDINGTON — The following criminal proceedings took place in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felony Arraignments

Rose

-James Allen Rose, Jr., 42, of 920 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 28 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of second degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

Martin

-Tyler Thomas Martin, 26, of 322 E. Dowland St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 29 by LPD on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.

 

Misdemeanor Arraignments

-Erik Matthew Doffing, 30, of 212 Franklin St., Ludington; date of arrest not available; Ludington Police Department (LPD); driving while license suspended (DWLS) and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Feb. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Timothy Dale Ferguson, 55, of 302 N. Robert St., Ludington; date of arrest not available: LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated second offense (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Vincent Edward Moreno, 36, of 703 First St., Ludington; Jan. 27; LPD; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more. Pretrial: Feb. 28 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Luis Miguel Flores-Rodriguez, 41, of 5111 N. William St., Fountain; Jan. 29; Scottville Police Department; malicious use of a telecommunications device. Pretrial: Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

– Garrett Scott Buck, 30, of 2622 W. Anthony Road, Riverton Township; Feb. 4; Ludington Police Department; malicious destruction of a building, value less than $200. Pretrial: Feb. 28 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $500, personal recognizance.

-Douglas Andrew Fulton, 62, of 865 N. Amber Rd., Amber Township; Jan. 28; Mason County Sheriff’s Office; domestic violence. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.
