Annual Memorial Service for the Unborn, march, Jan. 16.

LUDINGTON — The annual Memorial Service for the Unborn and Silent March for Life will be held on Sunday, Jan. 16 beginning at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 209 N. Rowe St.

The event, sponsored by Right to Life of Mason County, commemorates the 49th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe vs. Wade decision and the loss of over 61 million babies.

The schedule is as follows:

2 p.m., memorial service at the church.

2:30 p.m., silent march from the church to the Mason County Courthouse.

3 p.m., return to St. John’s Lutheran Church for pizza, refreshments and followship.
