The following is activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office over the holiday weekend:

Friday, Dec. 31, 2021:

• 12:42 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Hansen Road, Amber Township.
• 1:29 p.m., alarm activation, Amber Township.
• 2:32 p.m., damaged mailbox, 200 block of Northwood Drive, Branch Township.
• 8:08 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Amber Road, Victory Township.
• 8:47 p.m., a 41-year-old White Cloud man was arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant out of Oakland County following a traffic stop, 4900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022:

• 12:06 a.m., a 34-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) following a suspicious situation call, 800 block of South Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
• 2:06 a.m., a 66-year-old Custer man was arrested for second-offense OWI following a traffic stop, Schoenherr and Johnson roads, Custer Township.
• 9:18 a.m., a 45-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant out of Mason County, US 10 and Wever Road, Branch Township.
• 8:41 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove and LaSalle road, Victory Township.

Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022:

• 1:26 a.m., a 29-year-old Fountain woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant out of Mason County following a traffic stop, Columbia Street near State Street, City of Scottville.
• 6 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injury, Cooper Creek Road north of Federal Road #5774.
• 6:38 p.m., a 46-year-old Evert woman was arrested for third-offense OWI and driving while license revoked following a traffic stop, Johnson Road and US 31, Custer Township.
• 7 p.m., one-vehicle crash, minor injury, Benson Road south of Lake Road, Sheridan Township. A 24-year-old Portage, Michigan woman received minor injuries after the vehicle she was operating left the road and struck a tree. She was treated at the scene by Life EMS.
