51st Circuit Court sentencings.

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:
– Joshua Anthony McClure, 50, of 241 44th St. SE, Kentwood, was found guilty Dec. 14 of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to 65 days in jail with credit for 65 days served and $298.15 in fines, costs and restitution. A felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanor charges of third-degree retail fraud and driving while license suspended were dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
– Daniel Leigh McWilliams, 38, of 1777 W. 1st St., Scottville, was found guilty Dec. 14 of controlled substance possession —narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams and received an 11-month delayed sentence and was ordered to pay $658 in fines and costs.
– Cristy Ann Pider, 39, homeless, was found guilty Oct. 29 of accessory after the fact and was sentenced Dec. 14 to 64 days in jail with credit for 64 days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of second-degree home invasion was dismissed.
