LUDINGTON — The following criminal proceedings took place in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felony Arraignments

Roswell

-Randy Robert Roswell, 41, of 1344 Bakker Rd., Norton Shores, was arrested Nov. 24 by MCSO on felony charges of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL), OUIL with child endangerment, and second offense driving while license suspended/denied/revoked. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Aguilar

-Sara Rose Aguilar, 32, of 3846 Maple Dr., Wellston, was arrested Dec. 2 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $500 personal recognizance. 

Misdemeanor Arraignments

-Adam Clayton Shook, 39, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 5, Ludington; Nov. 28; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Joel Elias Titsworth, 58, address listed as Mason County Jail; Nov. 26; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $250 cash. 

-William David Clinton, 57, of 225 Commerce Ave. SE, Grand Rapids; Nov. 25; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Dec. 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

-Marc Anthony Bucklan, 40, of 147 W. Bonnie St., Pere Marquette Township; Nov. 30; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), transporting and open intoxicant in a motor vehicle, and driving while license expired. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Nathan Keur Zuber, 43, of 9325 E. US 10, Branch Township; Oct. 31; MCSO; larceny less than $200 and trespassing with an ORV on private property. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: Personal recognizance.

-Zachary Joseph Bussey, 24, of 4919 N. Victory Corners Rd., Victory Township; Nov. 24; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or higher. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.

-Dustin Joseph Shereda, 33, of 6854 Beech St., Hamlin Township; Oct. 3; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or higher. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: Personal recognizance.

-Austin Josiah Ohlendorf, 28, of 607 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Nov. 12; LPD; harboring misdemeanants. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.
