PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 23-year-old Pentwater man was arrested on an outstanding Lake County warrant for domestic violence after Mason County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance complaint Thursday, Nov. 18, shortly after 9 a.m. in the 4000 block of South Pere Marquette Highway, according to Mason County Undersheriff Derrek Wilson. He was transported to the Lake County Jail where he was lodged.

The following is other police activity in Mason County Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021:

• 3:15 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), alarm, 10000 block of Old Freesoil Road, Grant Township.
• 6:54 a.m., (MCSO), alarm, 9000 block of East US 10, Branch.
• 10:32 a.m,. (Ludington Police Department), ​a 32-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving with an expired license, Washington Avenue and Whittier​ Street, City of Ludington.
• 10:48 a.m., (LPD), ​a 43-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving without license, and a passenger — a 40-year-old Ludington woman — was arrested on two outstanding warrants issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court during a traffic stop at Tinkham and Staffon​ streets, City of Ludington. One warrant was for failing to comply with a court judgment, and the other warrant was for failing to appear for sentencing for a fourth-degree child abuse conviction. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 7:12 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 near Conrad Road, Amber Township.
• 7:15 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Chauvez Road at Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
• 8:33 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Hansen Road near Stiles Road, Amber Township.
