Circuit Court sentencings, posted Nov. 19, 2021. 

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Franklin

– Clinton Duane Franklin, 45, of 3589 E. Manales Rd., Sherman Township, was found guilty on Sept. 10, 2021 on the charge of possession of methamphetamine. One charge of habitual offender, second offense, was dropped per plea agreement. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 20 days time served, one year discretionary jail, 24 months probation, and $658 in fines and fees.

Gutierrez

– Armando Gregorio Gutierrez, 32, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty on June 8, 2021 for one count of assaulting, resisting, obstructing a police officer and one county of fleeing from a police officer, fourth degree. One count of operating an unregistered vehicle and one count of operating a vehicle with a suspended license were dropped per plea agreement. He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 12 days time served, 24 months probation, $726 in fines and fees. 

James

– Tony Lamontt James, 28, of 2173 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township, was found guilty on Aug. 6, 2021 for possession of methamphetamine and controlled substance possession. He was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served, 12 months probation and $726 in fines and fees. 

McClure

– Daniel Lee McClure, 38, of 626 Gerald Court, Midland, was found guilty on July 15, 2021 for possession of methamphetamine and controlled substance possession, analogues. One count of of controlled substance possession was dismissed. He was sentenced to days in jail with credit for two days served, 24 months probation, $726 in fines and fees.
