Man allegedly assaults woman while she’s driving.

CUSTER TOWNSHIP — A 48-year-old Walhalla man allegedly assaulted a 47-year-old Fountain woman while she was driving a vehicle on US 10 near Stephens Road Friday, Nov. 5, shortly before 3 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

A warrant charging the man with felony assault is being requested, and a report is being forwarded to Mason County Prosecutor’s Office, said Sheriff Cole.
