Amber voters approve road millage.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — Voters in Amber Township approved a 1.5 mill bond request to help improve and maintain roads. The vote passed 184-116 following Tuesday’s election.

The millage will be levied for five years from 2022 to 2026, and will raise an estimated $181,277 in the first year.

The Amber Township road millage was the only municipality-wide election Tuesday in Mason County.
