The following is an updated list of Halloween activities taking place in Mason County. 

SCOTTVILLE

• City of Scottville trick or treating from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30
• Mason County Central trunk or treat from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30 in the parking lot between the upper elementary and middle school

LUDINGTON

• #RunLudington 2021 Run for Your Lives 5/10K, 9 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 30
• Halloween Party at Legacy Park from 1-2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30 and will feature games, candy and giveaways
• Downtown Ludington Halloween parade at 1:45 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30
• Downtown Ludington trick or treating from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30
• House of Flavors trunk or treat, 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30
• Sandcastles Children’s Museum Halloween party, noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31
• City of Ludington trick or treating, 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31
• Cornerstone Baptist Church tents and treats, 6-7:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31
• Ludington High School girls basketball trunk or treat from 4-6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30 in the parking lot behind LHS. 
• St. John’s Lutheran Church pumpkins in the parking lot from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30. Treats for kids and cold brews for adults

FREE SOIL TOWNSHIP

• Camp Sauble: Cages of Carnage haunted prison from 7:30-11:30 p.m., Oct. 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30. Two different haunted paths, $10 per person. Money raised benefits the Free Soil/Meade and Grant Township fire departments
• Orchard Market, 8418 N. US 31, Fall Farm Fun: Saturday, Oct. 16, Sunday, Oct. 17, Saturday, Oct. 23, Sunday, Oct. 24, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP 

• Historic White Pine Village haunted village from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 16. Cost is $7 per person and children in costumes receive a bag of candy
• Calvary Baptist Church trunk or treat from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31
• United Methodist Church of Ludington trunk or treat from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31

HAMLIN TOWNSHIP

• Lincoln Hills Golf Club trunk or treat from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30. Cost $7 for children 3-11 years old and $12 for adults. Featuring games, candy, taco bar buffet and cash bar.

AMBER TOWNSHIP

• Our Savior Lutheran Church trunk or treat from 4-5:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30.
