LPD cautions motorists to watch for deer.
LUDINGTON — Captain Steve Wietrzykowski of the Ludington Police Department cautions drivers about “increasing deer activity in the coming months and urges motorists to constantly scan for them, even in low-speed residential neighborhoods.
“Driving at or just below the speed limit can help alleviate collisions with deer that often bolt out in front of cars unexpectedly,” said Cpt. Wietrzykowski.
