HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — A 7-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, both from White Cloud, received minor injuries after the vehicle they were passengers in was rear-ended as it slowed to pull into a parking spot along Lake Michigan on M-116 north of Piney Ridge Road Sunday, Sept. 19, shortly before 12:30 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Hamlin Township Fire Department, Ludington Fire Department and Life EMS also responded.
