HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Friends of the Ludington State Park recently helped fund a kayak launch on the Hamlin Lake side of the Ludington State Park. Today, MCP’s Toni Swinehart spoke with Friends members Bob Sasin and Patrick O’Hare about the $45,000 project. The launch was installed earlier this month and will officially open Tuesday, Sept. 14, during a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
