LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Moline

-Renee Ann Moline, 37, of 616 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 18 by SSCENT on three felony counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Davis

-Michael Allan Davis, 61, of PB Box 63, Walhalla, was arrested Aug. 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of miscellaneous dangerous weapon. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Solomon

-Jonathan Sherrod Solomon, 29, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 22 by MCSO on felony charges of second offense aggravated domestic assault and third offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 cash.

Johnson

-Kayla Jean Johnson, 29, homeless, was arrested Aug. 20 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender and a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

Hammer

-Nicholas Anthony Hammer, 34, of 501 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 20 by the Ludington Police Department (LP) on a felony charge of aggravated stalking. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

Zacharda

-Bret David Zacharda, 51, of PO Box 735, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and a misdemeanor charge of third degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Kenneth Darryl Coleman, 58, homeless; Aug. 24; Ludington Police Department (LDP); third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $500 cash; Aug. 25; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); trespassing and disorderly drunk person. Pretrial: Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

-Elizabeth Ann Beldock, 43, of 809 Brother St., Ludington; Aug. 20; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more and failure to display a valid driver’s license. Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

-Cleo Joseph Falbe, 64, of 2921 Lakeshore Rd., Twin Lake; Aug. 19; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

-Kenneth Reagan McKinnon, 26, of 4680 Pond Run, Canton; Aug. 22; LPD; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $500 cash.
