LUDINGTON — The following criminal activity recently took place in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Osborne

-Clint Lee Osborne, 30, of 410 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 6 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and domestic violence. Probably cause hearing: July 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 cash. 

Jourden

-Autumn Lanne Jourden, 29, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 1 by LPD on felony charges of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), using a police radio/scanner in the commission of a crime, and possession of a police radio/scanner by a felon. Probable cause hearing: July 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

Clemens

-Dustin Lee Clemens, 32, of 715 Seventh St., Baldwin, was arrested July 4 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: July 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

Harper

-Justin Ray Harper, 38, of 16400 Upton Rd., East Lansing, was arrested July 3 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third degree child abuse. Probable cause hearing: July 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Ashley Nicole Martinsen, 32, of 708 E. Fifth St., Apt. 1, Ludington; July 1; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: July 12 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Kyle Jackson Schrader, 27, of 6597 Sassafras Rd., Hamlin Township; July 2; breaking and entering. Pretrial: July 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Erin Kim Lieurance, 36, of 806 Buck St., Tiffin, Iowa; July 7; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more. Pretrial: Aug. 9 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

-Eileen Ravens, 23, of 304 S. Main St., Apt. 2W, Mt. Pleasant; July 3; LPD; operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $500 cash.

-Valerie Renee Farley, 28, of 1600 Military St, Apt. A2, Port Huron; July 2; MCSO; OUIL. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $500 cash.

-Austin Lee Beck, 24, of 17 Remington Rd., Mauston, Wisconsin; July 4; LPD; OUIL and carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $1,000 cash.

Sentencings

-William Paul Andrews, 46, of 3797 W. Colburn Rd., Victory Township, pleaded guilty July 8 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to pay $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.
