79^th District Court sentencings, posted June 24, 2021.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

-Mariah Elizabeth Pringle, 20, of 7953 First St., Onekama, pleaded no contest June 22 to accident to fixtures and was sentenced to pay $285 in fines/costs.

-Cody Joe Rozner, 23, of 17197 Moore Park Rd., Three Rivers, pleaded guilty June 22 to assault and battery and was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days served. A second count of assault and battery was dismissed.

-Zada Ann Holey, 26, of 414 E. State St., Scottville, pleaded no contest June 22 to reckless driving and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana/controlled substances; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must continue current counseling program; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended and improper plates were dismissed.

-Felicia Rena Williams, 43, of 3292 Buchanan Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty June 22 to transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle and was sentenced to pay $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A charge of driving while license not valid was dismissed.

-Sara Rose Aguilar, 32, of 3846 Maple Dr., Wellston, pleased guilty June 22 to operating without a license and was sentenced to pay $275 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Michael Anthony Garcia, 50, of PO Box 883, Ludington, pleaded guilty June 22 to accident of fixtures and was sentenced to three days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines/costs. A charge of second offense driving while license suspended was dismissed.
