79th District Court sentencings and dismissals, posted Jan. 14, 2020.

The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Laura Marie Huck-Chadwick, 38, of 916 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to breaking and entering and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $280 in fines/costs. A charge of first degree home invasion was dismissed.
Dismissals
-Mikayla Lynn Terry, 23, of 929 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, had a charge of domestic violence dismissed without prejudice on Jan. 4.
-Kay Elizabeth Stakenas, 63, of 6565 N. US 31, Victory Township, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed without prejudice on Jan. 11 per a prosecutor’s deferral agreement.
