79th District Court sentencings, dismissals, posted Dec. 18, 2020.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Nicole Christine Jaquinde, 48, of 7112 Baltic Dr. SW, Byron Center, pleaded guilty Nov. 3 to operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 180 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; must attend AA two time per week for two years; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must continue current counseling program at Pine Rest; and $1,425 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and driving while license suspended (DWLS) were dismissed.
-Domonic Christopher Bell, 26, of 4931 E. US 10, Custer, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to OWI and was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; must attend AA two times per week; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must attend substance use disorder program; and $1,095 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
-Larry James Dyer, 59, of 3630 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Twin Lake, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to disorderly person jostling and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must have an anger management evaluation; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; must attend AA two times per week for one year; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $285 in fines/costs. A charge of second offense domestic violence was dismissed.
-Bradley Robert McClure, 32, of 5808 Heights Ravenna Rd., Fruitport, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $895 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A charge of transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle was dismissed.
-Raymond Joseph Utz-Harrington, 31, of 5877 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to OWI and possession of a firearm while under the influence and was sentenced to 27 days in jail with credit for 27 days already served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must continue current substance use disorder and mental health counseling; must attend AA two times per week for two years; and $1,400 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
-Eva Marie Hill, no age listed, of 127 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sherman Township, was found guilty by the court of Dec. 15 of truancy and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for six months; must re-enroll son in school and ensure he attends school until he is 18 years old; and $285 in fines/costs.
-Richard Lee James, 50, of 915 E. Maple St., Apt. 1, Ludington, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to DWLS and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $125 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
-Matthew Robert Losch, 31, of 2008 E. Fountain Rd., Sherman Township, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to embezzlement and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one years; and $970 in fines/costs/restitution.
Dismissals
-Jennifer Ann Jenkins, 50, of 210 Fourth St., Ludington, had a charge of third degree retail fraud dismissed on Dec. 8 as part of a prosecutor’s deferred agreement.
