LUDINGTON — The following were recently arranged in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Terryn

-Terryn Dewayne Borgh, 23, of 311 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Busk

-Kelli Ann Busk, 40, of 108 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 8 by LPD on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) on school property. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Day

-Christine Ann Day, 28, of 6537 E. Glenn Ln., Sheridan Township, was arrested Dec. 9 by LPD on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance on school property and possession of a controlled substance – analogues. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 23 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Field

-Kenneth Edward Field, 28, of 6735 Virnetta Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Dec. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Courtney Deanne Grey, 24, of 6703 Lorne Dr., Pentwater; Dec. 3; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Hackert

-Wesley Donald Hackert, 34, homeless; Dec. 4; LPD; prowling. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 9 a.m .Bail: $500 cash.
